Maurice Payne Colourprint press hall comprises of two Heidelberg SM102 twelve colour B1 perfecting presses capable of printing a 16 page section in one pass. With the recent introduction of a B2 Heidelberg CD74 five colour UV coating press, with the option of Interdeck drying, we have become one of only a few printers capable of this level of speed and diversity in Europe.

Our pre-press hardware and software support is second to none, with extensive direct-to-plate capabilities comprising of two fully automatic B1 plate setters coupled to a PDF workflow, integrated with the press room via CPC24 Image Control.

Our wide range of hi-speed, in-house finishing options, has been modernised with the introduction of a new Muller Martini Perfect Binder and High Speed Stitching line, this combined with the knowledge and skill of a team of people we are able to combine deadlines with accuracy and cost efficiency with quality that speaks for itself.
